45 minutes: $84.00 + $11.00 HST = $95.00
60 minutes: $106.00 + $14.00 HST = $120.00
75 minutes: $124.00 + $16.00 HST = $140.00
90 minutes: $146.00 + $19.00 HST = $165.00
